How much is shipping to my location? Shipping will be calculated depending on your final order weight, specific location, and selected shipping speed. You will be given a precise shipping cost upon checkout, prior to finalizing the order.

How long will it take to receive my order? WonderGel usually ships orders within one business day, and then it will be 3-5 business days for shipping via UPS Ground. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number.

I need my order fast. Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes, we offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select, in addition to UPS Ground. Orders received too late on a given day, or on a weekend or holiday, may be processed the following business day.

Do you ship outside of the United States? Yes, please choose “International Checkout” when completing your purchase. Please note that (1) when you choose this option, you are purchasing from a third party retailer that specializes in international sales rather than purchasing from WonderGel, LLC, and (2) accordingly, WonderGel, LLC’s 30-day return privilege does not apply to non-USA shipments.

I live in your area. Can I pick up my cushion rather than have it shipped? Our offices are not set up as a retail location. Please place your order online or over the phone with customer service.

How do I track my order once it's been shipped? You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also login into your customer account from our website to view the details and tracking information for your order.

What is your return policy? WonderGel, LLC offers a 100% money-back guarantee on every domestic purchase. Product must be returned within 30 days in its original packaging, and in new condition with no stains, tears, odors, or damage. Shipping & Handling is not refunded. International orders are not eligible for returns.

I bought a cushion somewhere other than www.WonderGel.com.
Will you accept the return? WonderGel, LLC only accepts returns for items purchased directly from our website. Please contact the place where you purchased your product to initiate a return.

How do I initiate a return on my purchase from your website? Login to your customer account, scroll down to “Track Your Recent Orders”, and locate the order for which you wish to make a return. Click “View Details”, and then click “Add New RMA”.

Cushion Details

Will a cover be included with my seat cushion? All DoubleGel, Extreme, and Original seat cushions come with a deluxe, black, washable cover with a non-skid bottom and a convenient carrying handle.

Can I buy an extra cover for my seat cushion? Yes, please visit this page. Covers are not available for Roll-n-Go’s.

Are your cushions breathable? Yes. One of the great advantages of hollow column gel is that air and vapor can move freely through it. The cover is also very breathable.

How durable are your cushions? WonderGel seat cushion do not contain traditional foams that break down with pressure and moisture over time. Our seat cushions are extremely durable and long-lasting.

How heavy are your seat cushions?
DoubleGel – 6.7 lbs.
Extreme – 5.4 lbs.
Original – 3.5 lbs.
Roll-n-Go – 2.3 lbs.

Do your cushions have weight limits? No. The WonderGel cushion will not be damaged by an overweight user and will still deliver comfort benefits. A very light user will also get comfort benefits.

Where can I take my WonderGel seat cushion? Try WonderGel at home, in the office, on the road, at church, at the game, on the plane, as a kneeling pad, and any place you need comfort.

What is your most popular cushion for car travel? Our Roll-n-Go seat cushion and our Original seat cushion are our most popular for car travel, due to their low profile. Drivers with more headroom like our Extreme seat cushion. WonderGel not only reduces pressure hot spots, it reduces road shocks and vibrations.

Are WonderGel cushions allowed on airplanes? Yes, and they will make your flight much comfier.

I want to use one of your cushions with my motorcycle. What is the best way? WonderGel cushions were not manufactured nor tested for motorcycle use. Although it is done often by motorcycle riders, adapting the cushion to fit your motorcycle will be at your own risk. WonderGel not only reduces pressure hot spots, it reduces road shocks and vibrations.

Is the WonderGel waterproof? The gel inside our unique WonderGel products is not damaged by water, but the cushion cover will not keep water out. If the WonderGel cushion becomes wet, follow the washing instructions below to clean and dry it.

How do I wash my cover/cushion? The cover zips open and may be removed from the gel. The cover may be washed in a washing machine using cold water and dried in a dryer using air dry (no heat).

The gel may be hand-washed in a sink or tub in lukewarm water with mild soap or detergent – be sure to rinse thoroughly in plain lukewarm water. Allow to air dry at room temperature – do not dry in dryer or otherwise apply heat.

Can you make custom sizes for the seat cushions? Due to our molding process, we are not able to make custom seat cushions. Cushions are sold as-is.

Can your seat cushions be trimmed to the shape I want? The gel inside WonderGel seat cushions can easily be cut with scissors without compromising the integrity of the gel. However, please keep in mind this will void the return policy as outlined on our website.
